yeah, because I fish with Big Sam all the time, and the only 90 he will pull anchors is 90".
In fact, he pulled anchors in my boat yesterday in 96". de

I may have to try this deep water catfishing thing. I'm intrigued. I have gleaned some pointers about this now. I might, might I say, decide to get into this. I don't have to use any of those stink baits, right? Maybe fish heads and really large shad? I can do that. Stink baits are gross and make a mess in the boat and clothes. barf

My deepest fish came while drifting mid lake on texoma water was 50-60 ft and it was the last week of May. I think I was bottom bouncing but may of had a few a few cranks up as well.

My main question is do you guys fish on bottom that deep or just graph and fish where you see them. IE suspended at 45 ft or the like.

I will consistently pull fish from 50-70 feet of water on Lake Waco in the winter months.
