I've been wanting to go to Seawolf park for flounder, reds, trout, and sheepshead. Where can I buy live shrimp and maybe mullet near there?? Also, any tips on catching them down there?
You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

there are 2 bait shops on 45 feeder road on the way there. Look for the 61st and 71st St exits.

there is now a bait shop in sea wolf park. Varies by day. Some days live mullets, some days live shrimp or both.

I know this doesn't directly answer the question, but really look into learning cast netting. Save money, have fun, and catch exactly what the fish are eating in the area you're fishing. In Port A last weekend, we netted this biggest shrimp, croakers and mullet with just a few throws.
