I just noticed this thread. Ranger 1, What is your name? I don't know you by your handle or recall a property contracted in Allen. Also insurance does not pay me directly. I have never been paid directly for a roof by insurance.
I would like to apologize to the TFF members that I have worked for this year after the largest hail storm to hit Dallas Fort Worth in 20 yrs. I have let a great many of you down .My communication and scheduling has been off this year due to a lot of circumstances dealing with a 20 yr storm, Yes, I did get behind and was overwhelmed with work. This all combined with a labor shortage did not make a good combination. I am not willing to just go pick up crews off of the street just to say that I did a roof in 2 weeks. This adversely affected my communication and my scheduling. I thought I had the right management team in place. I was wrong. For those that have made accusations, that I do not have credit accounts, that is false. I have credit lines with 3 major suppliers in the DFW area. When you have over 100 roofs contracted and mortgage companies taking months to release funds, those credit lines get stretched to the max. I can say that right now, I currently have over 355,000 out in receivables on jobs. Also to answer the other claim about me being a Realtor, I have held real estate license since 2000. I have had this roofing company since 1993 and the BBB has had a file on me since 1998. While, I did not get to the roofs in the time frame that I would have liked, the people that have had their roofs installed by me have a top quality job and a beautiful roof. They have also saved a substantial amount of money and got numerous upgrades on their roofs that I have included for free. Their roofs stand out against others in their neighborhoods. I still have roofs to do for TFF members as well. They will get the same quality job! I care about my reputation and I care about the quality of work that I do for all my customers not just the TFF. There is a reason that I have maintained this company with the same name for 23 years. Again I am sorry that I have let a great many of you down, but I am working hard to rectify. You will never have to worry about me with your roof..I put my work up against anyone on this forum. If you need hundreds of addresses to drive by, let me know and I will be happy to provide them.

Speaking of Shingles, anyone know for sure where he is? He was supposed to have been sentenced in Cleveland Co. OK District Court Monday, but can't find anything online.

Brian done my roof and it was the worse experience I ever had with a contractor. he did keep in touch until I gave him a down payment and 6 months after when it was done, nothing much in between. Said he would take care of the deductible ( I know, red flag) which did not happen. And after all of his bs I still don't have a bge
