 xpress seat covers keep ripping

I have a xpress bass boat and the xpress seat covers ripped, I had them repaired and they ripped again. The xpress material, I think it is vinyl is real cheap! I need to do the seats again. Does anyone have a good upholstery guy? something rugged that does not tear up?

Mine on my Xpress did the same, at one time they were made in Dallas

count your lucky stars if seats are all that's ripping on an Xpress.
