I LOVE throwing swim jigs! Year after year they keep producing giant bites with no signs of stopping.
Its been a while since I've weighed in on the subject so for those of you that are interested this video is going to give you some history, break down different head styles, skirts, trailer sizes, brands, etc.

great video one of the few baits i haven't caught a fish on and not sure i have even fished one but i will now and catch a fish on it

yes sir. It's what I use on every kind of jig. Swimming, dragging, hopping, flipping.....

That "Bluegill toms" colored jig is a great color for shallow boat docks with a black in blue trailer or a summer craw color trailer skip it in and slowly drag/swim it out. Most of the time, it gets bit before it makes it out.
