I know I read this somewhere. Is there any problem with moving my Trolling motor batteries up front? I am going to loose storage if when I go 24 volt anyway so i may as well move them up to my center storage compartment. What do y'all think?

I've been told that putting them up front will give them more of a beating when riding with your big motor and can cause problems eventually. On the other side, I did not have wires ran to the front of my boat until the other day, so, for about a year, I would put my TM battery up front and never had any major problems.

We've had customers put batteries in the front of boats and in a pounding wave action. the caps popped off, spewing acid everwhere. Use Gel cells and the problem goes away...
