 Anybody familiar with the Monticello Drive bridge access point at Pecan Plantations?

I am wanting to launch a 14 foot flat bottom into the Brazos below Lake Grandbury. I read that there is a dirt ramp below the Monticello Bridge at Pecan Plantation. Do any of you guys know if there is a river access ramp below that bridge? I would really appreciate any info you can give me.
