Some good crab gumbo would be wonderful, but crab is too expensive, so shrimp, sausage or even chicken.

Seafood gumbo or GTFO...

Shrimp, crab. and oysters. Get that chicken and sausage trash out of here.

Duck gumbo is also acceptable.

I'm with you on leaving the chicken out of it. However, I will argue that Andouille sausage should be added to the seafood gumbo.

I cook very good beef stew. Usually chuck cut into chunks with carrots-potatos-onions, thats a regular main course in this house

I do like all the others a lot, i have a clam chowder recipe that is very easy but tastes awesome.
