I just watched the video and I think she says TBI...... Traumatic Brain Injury.

It almost sound to me that right before shots were fired, she may have seen his gun and was shouting, "Keith, don't do it, Keith, don't do it."
I am not sure someone who has TBI should possess a gun especially if they may have PTSD to go with it.

I think I do want to get one, I have never sat in one and would not know what to look for Really depends on budget. The Hobies are the Bentleys of the yaks. A used one would cost around 3k. But you can get a decent inexpensive one and be on the water for 3 to 400
