On Center street here in Arlington and behind a flat bed truck with five gallon pails of paint in it. They are stacked three high and not secured. Driver makes a right turn and three of the pails fall out breaking on the street. Silver paint goes everywhere!! Some splashes onto this Lincoln. I call 911 and when the PD comes out to take my statement and talk to the driver. They don't issue a citation. [censored]! I know that if it were me they would have written me up in a heartbeat. Truck driver exchanges info with the Lincoln driver and drives off without even an warning. Now fifteen gallons of silver paint has made a mess and is left on the street.

I would have also since the paint spill was a traffic hazard that could have caused also kind of reactions by drivers coming up on it. Seems like the 911 operator also thought so since the police were dispatched.
