What is the best website for gluten free foods, meals, diet plans? Thinking I should give it a try.

yeah no sense without a diagnosed reason. Just a fad. I have to agree. It is trendy, but unnecessary for most people.

Is gluten intolerance another made-up condition like Attention Deficit Disorder?
Whenever I go to a restaurant and the waiter makes a point of pointing out that they have "gluten-free" items, I always ask for a side of gluten with my spongy bread.

...------ HEY! i had ADD and it was real because my dad whooped my but with a belt and cured it.

Just so you'll know I have IBS. And willing to try just about anything to help my problem. Made up or not I'm giving it a shot.

BIL has that and it helped him get it under control.
