16.87145 or 16 depends on if it is bg-G/cos or (bg-G)/cos. getting close. per excel =OD+2*(G/2-((bg-G/Cosine(PA/2))/2/Tangent(PA/2))) returns 16.167 to make this worse, at some point I have to convert it to radians.  My answer above is in radians. I got what excel got when I changed it to degrees.
