I'm stumped so here goes OD+2*(G/2-((bg-G/cos(PA/2))/2/tan(PA/2)))
where OD=15 bg=1 G=1 PA=38

16.07536 or 16 depends on if it is bg-G/cos or (bg-G)/cos.

16.87145 or 16 depends on if it is bg-G/cos or (bg-G)/cos. getting close. per excel =OD+2*(G/2-((bg-G/Cosine(PA/2))/2/Tangent(PA/2))) returns 16.167 to make this worse, at some point I have to convert it to radians.

I don't have time for this. Can't we use a calcuator or something?

Changed my answer because I divided 38 by 2 wrong the first time. Just put your calculator in radians mode.
