This sums it up for me too. I think the review has drove me away most. They review everything, can't use common sense in doing it, and don't sync multiple shots together at the same time.

College football and MLB is all I watch now.

Pass interference has become the real killer of football. Before it was just line judges "deciding" which holding calls to call and which ones to let slide, but the pass interference and receivers turning to officials on every single play pleading for flags is beating me down.

Commercials are a beating, but it simply turns a 2.5 television experience into a 4 hour one, and we do like to sit in our chairs all day on Sunday.

Some of you need to go to church though!

League Minimum Salaries:
NHL - $550,000
NBA - $507,336
MLB - $500,000
NFL - $420,000

OK, Sorry... There's my more than likely unpopular 2cents

I would have to play 2 sports to get by with those salaries.

I haven't watched simply cuz I have better things to do or was busy with family.

My priorities around good college games are way different - they are part of my itinerary every week! I love college ball and can take or leave the NFL. Would rather watch a Moto GP race!

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

I just thought it was an interesting development, because there are so many things going on. Criminal players, exorbitant salaries, political statements as player protest, and questionable management by the commish. Many of the games, such as Sunday night and Thursday night are down by double digits over same time last year. Obviously, the NFL is in better shape than any other sport, but it is an curious trend.

I think the days of 4 hour games, endless commercials, and over analyzing every move is killing the game. I try to dvr the game for a while and watch it with the fast forward button close by. You would be surprised how short the real playing time is in an NFL game.

They have reviews in MLB now. Do you enjoy those? Compare and contrast.

IMO they need to do away with all the instant replay reviews, cameras at every corner/angle and let the refs call the game like they see it. It'd dang sure make it alot more interesting. Get rid of all the cheesy graphics, pre/post game shows, fire works, smoke machines, crazy lights, loud music and bring it back to what it is football.

I really despise it, but the wife and her family are ate up with watching it on TV. On Sunday it's on all freaking day, she'll have football on TV from the time we get up, till we go to bed, so I spend 90% of the day outside, doing things.

I personally am protesting it... these fools are over paid... and the disrespect during the Anthem was the line in the sand for me. I can not come to the conclusion on how any one in today's society is being oppressed. Everyone has a chance tot finish High School.. to NOT do drugs, etc.. but they make bad decisions and yet they are Oppressed? BS to that..

Never mind the inconsistency about what you can put on your helmet to support your local LEO's or flood victims..

I am boycotting them.. and to be honest with ya.. I can see who won with 2 min internet search.. and that is all I would care about anyhow. But really no longer care.. I use that time to be more productive...

Went to the Texans game Sunday. It took 6hrs from leaving house to getting home. I doesn't take me that long to play 18holes, catch a limit of trout or even put in a full day at work. The games are so freaking long with all the breaks, commercials, reviews. Not to mention DB #22 for KC at the Gatorade table during anthem.

Let's see these oppressed idiots make millions for running and jumping somewhere else.
