Does anyone know when they are going to start selling them?

I saw the suggested list prices and I think I will keep using my foot to hold the boat. List was $2295 for 24volt and $2999 for 36v 112lb thrust

I concur completely. I guess a lot of folks have the disposable income to justify them. Too rich for my blood. XI5 is my limit.

What does it do that other tm do, open your drinks or serve sammichs.

I find it a little more usefull than 3k anchors on the back. To each his own.

Power poles don't work in deep water, these guys do.

Since it comes with cable steer, which most of you prefer then there should be no downside to it like the terrova or ulterra. Once you start using the spot lock or follow a contour line or retrace your path, you'll never want another trolling motor.

The price is steep but so is alot of other equipment. I would love power poles or a talon but that's not going to happen so spotlock will do close to the same thing. Granted not as stealthy but it will suffice but when you are in deep water...nothing compares

If anyone is upgrading to the Ultrex and needs to get rid of a terrova or ulterra I'll gladly give it a good home on my boat. I'd love to have spot lock but I can't replace my trolling motor right now.
