So how many of you really feel like your the smartest guy in the room the majority of the time? I have a lot of folks come thru work and spill all life issues, I was thinking
I mean I have 5 pretty standard advices
You need to stop drinking
You need to obstain from Facebook
You need shut up every once and a while
You need tell that kid to get a job
You need to go tell her your sorry
What am I missing

All that I can see that's missing is punctuation and basic grammatical skills. You're not that damn smart.

Depends on the age group...I can hold my own with most folks...but these kids from about 25 down are incapable of understanding anything logical...if their blank faces and eyes are any indication of what's in their heads...it'll be a scary world one day...I keep hoping the problem is just a generational culture shift. But I really don't think they care about anything but their next App and chai latte or monster.
The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

I work with a bunch of 18-24 year olds at the university...while there are some that may fit your description, fortunately, not all of them do. There are several very bright, hard working individuals coming up and they do give me hope for our future...Of course, there are some that look like Siri must have changed voices when you say, "Hi" as you pass them in the hallways.

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.
