Loop Tony has come a long way in the latter part of his career, but lest we not forget how pitiful it was early on. As someone mentioned the vacation in the playoff bye week and the sad sulking bs on the bench after he tossed one of his many stupid INTs. It took him quite awhile to mature.
There is no doubting his guts or heart the past few years. But i agree with those that say he should hang it up Did you forgive Witten? Witten vacationed with him. I thought it was stupid on both their parts. Do you think TEs have as much to prepare for then a QB?

He has good stats. If he had made one SB appearance and not embarrassed himself he would probably be a lock in the HOF. Think he has a chance if he retired now?

Too bad Jerry didn't trade Tony during the off season he could have toseed in a couple nurses and a pot head ot 2 a batch of purple juice. Instead we got a ole legged guy and a hollywood pot shop swow off. Dude, speaking of stoned.

I hope the folks on here celebrating Tony's demise remember that 1-11 stint the Cowboys put on the field last year after he was hurt. But hey, Tony's gone. Time to rejoice for some of you. Me, I was looking forward to this year and I am disappointed that Romo is hurt. He laid it all out on the field and it is time to pack it in. Whether people are big enough to admit it, they will be missing him about mid season.

And you know what is bad is that the day before he was saying how great he was feeling No matter what you think about a guy (I am a Houston fan) you just hate to see someone not be able to TRY to perform. You might root for a guy to pretty much die during the game, but we all know that we respect competitors - and Romo is certainly that. NO ONE wants to see a competitior not be able to get on the field and either succeed or fail during the game.
