I've been out of circulation for a couple of months now. Had a major flareup of my lower back. Slowly starting to feel human again. Haven't fished since late June and haven't made a fishing lure in the same amount of time. Been working on wearing out my Laz-E-Boy.
Doctor adjusted my meds and I'm starting to get a handle on the effects of that. Next week or two I might actually feel like doing something.

I feel your pain. That was me in Jan and Feb. Missed all of deadstickin weather. Be diligent w exercises! Hope it heals and you are back on the water soon!

man o man...... back is the worst. do whatcha told and get back in the game as soon as u can bud, but don't rush it. I think 2016 is going down as the year that nearly got me down. 
Life is one big playground. Be sure to ride all the rides before it closes.
