Clif builder bars, fresh fruit, water, gatorade. I avoid salt while in the heat because it makes me more thirsty.

I need to eat more while on the water, especially during tournaments. I'll eat a breakfast bar if I'm lucky, then, I'll come home at eat everything in the house. Lol.

I have a boat but what I bring always depends on if the kids are with me or not.

By myself: water, banana, granola bar
With kids: A variety of water, juice boxes, fruit, Vienna Sausages and crackers, beanie weenie's, potted meat and bread, Little Debbie's, beef jerky

When I take my break I try to make the most of it. Pull up in a cove and flip out a floater. Relaxed fishing while I eat.

I don't get hungry while fishing, normally and I'm usually out 10-12 hours a trip. I have carried sandwiches before but ended up throwing them away at the end of the day. Sometimes I'll eat a candy bar but that's about it.

I take a few bags of roasted peanuts but the next time I go out it will be summer sausage and crackers.

During the Summer I usually take 2 big bottles of water, 2 big gatorades, a protein bar, candy bar, pb&j, cheese, and some beef jerky. I find that eating and drinking periodically throughout a hot Summer day greatly increases my energy. I fish 10 hours a day so I spread it out.
