Hello all,

I got a motor and need to apply for a lost title for it. I have looked and tried to follow the directions on the tpwl site but they arnt the clearest of instructions, Also would like to get a lost title for boat replaced, Can some one please help.........

"Bonded Title" I am in the middle of a similar situation. If you bought the boat I hope you have a written receipt ex..(boat description, w/ hull serial#, sellers name printed and signature, buyers name, and amount). Fill out the bonded title forms there are two links below go to both. Then you mail all the forms to TX Parks Wildlife they will review your app. if you qualify for it the will then let you know how much of a bond you will need to get. (Check with your auto insurance agent most will do a bond or be able to direct you on where to get one)
