Couple of guys make them, like Redgun or Squeaky. You can also get them from Crazy Angler or Barlows.
Edit: Sorry, if you meant just the hooks lots of places online have them. I Barlows does. I think Crazy Angler does. But you can do a search for sickle hooks and find quite a few places.

Yeah just the hook. I tie flies so I have all the materials. Used some jig head hooks from academy. Should work. But I like the look of these.
