Trying to find some in the Dallas area, problem is, I don't need a whole lot of it.
4' x 8' sheets is about all I can find, may just have to get all of it.
Anyone have any sources?

Marine and exterior use the same glue. The only difference is marine plywood is not supposed to have voids in it but that isn't always the case.

Home Depot and Lowe's are usually willing to sell cut off's and they will also trim your wood to size for easy hauling.

I always used exterior plywood and applied two coats of oil based paint to both sides.
Waiting on Bob Davis' next selfie

I am not aware of it smaller than 4x8. Go to a lumber yard and you'll get better quality than Home Depot sells for about same price. Are you sure you need marine plywood? What I found was that unless it was going to be exposed to water all the time, Every supplier stated that it wasn't needed just for interior boat pieces

Fort Worth plywood sell marine ply, it's fir and will check, but if you apply 4 or 6 oz fiberglass with a couple of coats of epoxy it will last a very long time. You also need to seal the edges well to ensure no water intrusion.

I was recently told it wasnt made anymore due to regular plywood being so much improved. I wish the boat repair shop i used would have used it when making my now rotting boat seats.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.

Gmann,
I replaced a full 4 x 8 sheet of exterior plywood on my '91 Bass Tracker 18' pontoon , front flooring . I used marine varnish, two coats, let it dry for two days in the Texas sun, worked fine for the next 6 years ,til I sold it . I sold it in 2007.
I'm reelin

Houston hardwoods is probably your best/closest for marine ply. Austin fine lumber also stocks marine ply.

Sweeny hardwoods has Oakum and you can check the catalog on-line.
I'm on other forums that deal with the old turbo powered Buicks.;)

That would have been good for me,(my daughter lives in Fort Worth) but I just spoke to Mike at Sweeny Hardwoods and was told they do not stock marine ply.
