New to TFF, I grew up fishing small ponds and lakes in small boats with trolling motors in midwest...best fishing I've done! Had a large bass boat but got ride of it some years back. Just got a new 10' boat and looking for places to go with it. Any suggestions would be great! Also, if there are any small boat clubs or individuals out there with info to share would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Welcome!
Where are you located? That would help in providing any tips on places to try.
Check out the bank fishing map in tbe bank fishing section as well... its a sticky at the top there.
Not all, but many of those places you can launch a small boat or yak as well.

Salex at privatewaters.com is a good bet, lots of choices and I hear good things about that deal.
Where are you located? If around Houston, I've got a nice place to fish with several lakes and ponds in Brazoria County.

There are some ponds in Denton... Northlake and Southlake I think? Some big fish in those ponds.

Hi I'm new to the forum. Just bought a little Pelican Predator 103, and have a trolling motor on it. I'm looking for some good places where my son and I could put in the water and do some fishing. Any suggestions? We live in Magnolia.
