I have the black (Coot) & the Bone color. used them during the Skeeter owners and caught 4 real nice slot fish on them. The fish absolutely busted the bait, no passive strike at all. the stock hooks landed our fish with no issue. works well thru the lilly pads as well. does not hang up much ,,,,,,,, besides that, they are just fun to fish with. Makes one Heckuva racket.

I have a couple of them. Monkey Butt in the medium and white in the small. Medium size cast a mile..use 50 lb braid. Caught 2 on the MB med first time out..7.5 lbs and a 3 lb. One sucked it in and the other blasted it. Fun bait to fish IMO.

i got one for free bone white biggun, and hooks being junk i wouldn't know i haven't used it, but they do stick good! last week came back from port a and went to my fishing room(mancave) just to make sure it was all there haha, and boom waaalaaa stepped on it, i guess it belongs in the tackle box vs laying on the floor, tried getting the wife to pull it out with some braid and nope and to head to the E.R since it was 10pm and found out i was due for a tetanus shot!
boy do i hate shots

I bought one. It sure does look nice, but no fish yet. I've had a few mornings when the buzzbait bite was awesome, switched to the plopper and one time I got a short strike but that was it. Switched back to a buzzbait and started catching again. I'm gonna keep trying it

Its not like they reinvented the wheel, while this isnt the exact same lure its really close and has been around since the 90s. Several brands make similar ones...

I bought one or two but been so busy working, trying to sell a house and build along with a Lake house that grass grows faster than I can mow it. But this weekend I will tie one on and up at Rayburn and see what happens.
Thanks, Billy

I used a shad patterned one on Tabke Rock last year. Two of my fish I weighed in over three days came on it. Over all? Eh....take it or leave it. Just my opinion. Watched Josh Bertrand catch a few on one same day. He had better success. I started following him up with a shallow crank with better catch ratio. Just smaller fish.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

I own 4 of them in various sizes. My favorite two colors are bone (for daytime fishing) and black (for night fishing).

Black and bone are the only two colors that I use. I have two of each in the smaller and larger size. They will flat catch fish.
