Found the answer...you cannot be declared disabled on obesity alone...the law changed in 1999...you must have some other kind of impairment that prevents you from seeking gainful employment...honestly had no clue and now I know...just wondered cause if this guy was walking to Walmart 3-4 times a day...how was he affording to do this...maybe working wife...supportive family
