 My First Post! Sugar Lake!!!

I have been on here for awhile now just reading the posts, figured I would make my first post before this weekends trip to Sugar Lake!! Man I am excited! My brother and I fished Falcon back in 2012 for a week and it has been in my dreams ever since. This will be our first trip to Sugar and we are going with Jay( High Stakes Bassin), been communicating with him alot and he seems like a good guy and he has me pumped about fishing some Mexican bass! We will be fishing Sunday and Monday.
Any of you guys been down lately and care to share how your trip went? Seems to have a legitimate chance at a DD fish at any time on that lake! My PB is 10.03 and that was many years ago so hopefully I am due! When we fished Falcon with Tommy Law we caught a nine, an 8, several 7's, and many 4-6lb fish it was an unforgettable trip for me! Also if yall have any tips on going down and fishing Mexico let me know..

Go have fun with a great guide on a good lake and, if you catch your new PB, that will be icing on the cake. Seems like the majority of the time I raise my expectations about a fishing trip, I'm not able to meet those expectations. Good luck and I hope you do catch your new PB!

You will have fun! Was there 3 weeks ago and I personally caught 2 9's and a 10.6 in 3 days, we also had another 10 in the boat as well. Take plenty of sun-screen, great margaritas too!
My advice to you......pay attention! That big fish can come on any cast there!

You will have fun! Was there 3 weeks ago and I personally caught 2 9's and a 10.6 in 3 days, we also had another 10 in the boat as well. Take plenty of sun-screen, great margaritas too!
My advice to you......pay attention! That big fish can come on any cast there! Wow! Now that is a heck of a trip! That's down right tiring! How were yall catching them?
