I throw them randomly in every compartment in my boat. That was my previous system. Worked ok until I started fishing tournaments and then I'd lose my cool trying to find a certain pack of plastics. Had to force myself to get organized so I wouldn't Hulk out and scare the [censored] out of my tournament partner

We sell a ton of these Flambeau boxes for soft bait organization. They store vertically in your boat. +++++++^^^^^^^ on this. I like this better then anything else I have tried

I use 1 gallon zip lock freezer bags. I categorize them for the type bait they are....worms, craw worms, creature baits, flukes, frogs, senkos, etc. I use a weigh in bag to keep all the gallon bags in. Once a year I go through it all and cull out the junk and combine the same baits and colors into the same packages so I don't have so many packages.

I store plastics in original packaging, in clear men's shoe storage boxes, that I got from the Container Store online. Mark these boxes with labels of what's in them and keep all the boxes over my fishing work area. I take only what I'll be using for the day and then when I'm finished fishing I bring them back and put them in the correct storage boxes. A very inexpensive way to store plastics.
