Lots of ways to do it, gallon zip lock bags, small totes, do a search for more info.

I use the big clear Plano tackle boxes and gallon zip lock bags. 4 boxes; one for creatures/craws, one for power worms, and another for ribbon worms. I have another box with gallon zip locks for tubes, grubs, trick worms, and drop shot plastics. Strip of duct tape to label the boxes.

Gallon ziplock bags have been working for me lately.Easy to see what you need and easy to quickly grab when fishing in someone else's boat, also takes up less space than a Plano box and inexpensive.Get the freezer bags, they're thicker.

I keep them in their original packages and put those into gallon sized ziplock bags, sorted by type.

Big clear boxes by type. Original package.

sort them by type. then put them in the garment mesh delicate laundry bags you can pick up at wally-world. the mesh bags zip close. I also zip-tie a tag/label to the bag. makes it easy to find 'em when they are in the boat. they also don't take up as much room as the tubs and make it easy to load and unload... Bags PM me if you want to see pics of how I set mine up...

I just put them in Flambeau boxes by type of bait. That way I leave them in original packaging. Just watch the brands that are super juicy (BPS) because it will get on everything in there. Maybe get an extra box for them.

I use plastic boxes that are about the size of shoeboxes. I put the original packages of baits sorted by type in each one. They stack really well and hold a lot more than you would think. Be careful though before yo know it you will have 12 different boxes full that adds lots of weight to your rig!

I do not carry any baits in my boat except what I am going to use for the trip. It is all hanging on peg board in the shop. I use a back back that carries everything and attaches to the seat: - Plano 3200 box of hooks and weights - 3200 crank baits - Soft sided Browning spinner bait page bag - About 30 packages of plastics go in the top compartment - Side compartments holds all the other goodies.
Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success. We sell a ton of these Flambeau boxes for soft bait organization. They store vertically in your boat.
