I am pretty sure all the Hack Attack jigs have the saltwater hook. He designed them that way so the hooks will not flex but apparently they still will because that was the reason he changed that one jig out.

I was amazed by the 1 ounce as well. Watching him fish on the internet, it didn't appear to be that heavy because he pitched it so effortless. I have always been told to use just enough weight to make it fall and entice a bite. I will have to try the heavy weight in 7-8' of water.

His jig. War eagle makes em. Best jig in dirty flooded water especially with rattles... Its more like a electric blue/saphire blue

65 braid is hard on even the strongest hooks especially when you are up close & personal with the fish.

just buy some blue and black jigs that the jig part is painted blue, then find blue replacement skirts.
