Gone from 201.04 yesterday to 203.25 as of noon today. That is a 2.21ft rise in 24 hrs. Lake Houston is following it. It has gone up 2 ft. in the last 24 hrs.
John K Fontenot Diapers and Politicians need to be changed often; and for the same reason.

Dam is releasing 11,000 CFS...I've never seen it like that. Water is going over the spillway

I believe it, it was friggin pouring yesterday and today's couple inches aren't helping.

Down here in The Woodlands, we have gotten WAY more than 2 inches today. I don't know how much but I wouldn't be surprised to learn it was 5-7 inches -- and that's just between noon and 5PM.
