Has anyone come up with the best way to store a-rigs I bought a box that is suppose to be for them but they don't seem to fit very well and when I opened it last time one of my flash mob jr. head had broken and the wires were loose I don't know if it was a bad bait or the box caused to much pressure?

I have a Plano box that is designed for them with yellow inserts in it. It works great. While on the water I decide to move to another spot I will wrap a 3inch rubber coated wire tie around the end of the wires near the baits to make it more compact and to keep it from getting all tangled. It is a product made by Nite Ize and you can find them at Home Depot where they have the keys and key chains, or order online.
It also works well to secure your Carolina rig bait to the rod when moving from spot to spot also.

I carry then in a Plano 3700. Take all the dividers out. I bring all the wires together and rubber band it. I turn one A-Rig in one direction and one in the other direction. Each slot holds two.
The problem I have is the hooks rusting when I leave the swim baits on them. I use the Intimidator strips to stop moisture; but it is the oils in the rubber starting the rust process. These baits have never been in the water; so I don't know what is up with this. They don't seem to like being closed up. The one on my rod and in the Velcro sleeve is just fine.

I've seen someone use a claw-style Hair Clip to bind them...

I cut a piece of pvc(1.5" I think) the same length as the A-rig and just slide it into the pvc. Works great.

I put a split ring around all the wires and draw it down to close the wires and put them in a plano box

lots of good ideas here...got me thinking big time!!!
Clear Tube Rigid plastic sounds like the trick - w/ baits on. PVC without baits.
Good read!
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

I store all of my A-rigs on the rip-rap on Lake Ray Hubbard. They're stuck there permanently.
