How many do you usually have show up? Just wandering since there have been no responses here.

Its hard to say. Two weeks ago I only had seven show up but there was a few other tournaments local.Had few guys text me asking about it. Its also posted on facebook and had few guys interested. Being holiday is hurting most but i was going out anyways so figured why not. I have posted on here and nobody post anything and then 20plus boats show up. Its a coin toss.

I was just talking to my 10-year-old son about this and he is really excited and wants to do it. We got a boat a few months ago and he caught his first bass on Eagle Mountain last week and loved it (2 pounder). We'll be there to donate, learn, and stay out of everyone's way if that's OK. It will be our first tournament. I'm also excited because I feel like we have nothing in common and I've been looking for something like this.

The normal crowd at eagle mountain are all very good guys and most are dads. My 12 year old fished with me Tuesday night we took second. He didn't catch a fish but he loved it and got half the money. He's ready to roll again. You will have a blast.

Thanks for the encouragement. He usually likes to sleep late but I told him we have to go there at 6am and without thinking twice he said he wants to do it.

Can i use the lake country ramp to launch and crduise over around 5:30ish??

I dont mind if you launch at another ramp and drive to twin points.

Toofy come on out bring the boy. If he catches a keeper bring it to the scales even if its not enough to place we will have something for him.
