Captain Ernest Cisneros 956-266-6454... you'll have a blast. 1. he's a great teaching instructor.. but 2. he's hilarious and you're whole party will have a great time. his son is good as well. If they are both booked try Capt Andrew Mariscos but he's a little more south.
