I have a 2000 evinrude 54fpl 24v trolling motor and I am missing the gear underneath the pointer/indicator. I can't get that part anymore through the dealer. Wondering if anyone has any Ideas. Its still a great T/M I just don't have an indicator.
Thanks

I wish. This is a white round gear that goes under the red pointer ^indicator on the top housing. Thanks for the trouble.

Try All Star Marine 214-320-1673 they repair trolling motors. If they can't get the part maybe they can point you in the right direction.
