Guy, we stopped at about 15 different places and nothing. All the way up to the White House.
Carlos, we took the Garden Ridge exit off I35 and paid the $10 to launch at Tower Bay.

Yesterday was slower than it has been but from 8:30am to 1pm my son and I caught 114 fish. Lots of magnum sand bass and 15 to 17 inch hybrids. With the wind out of the north and then northeast we had to work a little harder to find them. We found most of our fish on the outside edges of humps. We caught every fish on a slab and fly combo.Water temp 72 degrees and not very many people out for a Sunday.

We fished Sunday morning to around 1 and then lunch at Sneaky Pete's. We caught about 30 fish around what used to be Twin Poles. Met a few fiends on the water working the automatic Thumper / Tom Tom and calling them in. They were doing really good. Our fish were a few nice Sand Bass, many small Sand Bass and smaller Hybrids.

the lake is on fire right now. we hammered them yesterday.

Last 4 weekends I have been doing very well, Deadman point early morning, and past the white house in the evening!
Limits are being caught and a whole bunch of catch and release on the small ones!
