Where is it actually legal to fish at GV from shore at night? Eagle mountain is also an option. Not asking for anyone to give away hot spots. Just not looking to get busted.

I agree on Oak Grove Park. Lots of shoreline.
On Eagle Mountain, I suggest Pelican Bay community on the west side. There is a pier and east of it a park.
Started out with nothing and still have most of it left.
For the rich there is therapy; for the rest of us there is fishing.

Tried oak grove tonight.. So many weeds, it made it nearly impossible. Some guys next to us were catching and keeping what looked like undersized white bass or crappie.

Was that boat ramp open on oak grove? My uncle is coming into town next weekend and is looking or a spot to fish overnight, I'm in the same boat as you. Not looking for honey holes just not trying to do anything illegal and get in trouble for fishing where i am not suppose to.
