 Towakani Water Condition?

Never been on Towakani and thinking of heading over this weekend. Anyone know the current water conditions? Expecting it to be pretty stained and just want to make sure I take the right stuff.

For Tawakoni, it is about as clear as it gets, little stain, but for Tawakoni, nice

Just a heads up--The boat ramp at the State Park will be closed tomorrow at noon. There is a triathlon Sunday morning and they'll be setting up barricades for the transition area in the parking lot. The swim is an open water event and they'll be entering at the beach and coming back at the boat ramp. Sunday the park roads, and FM 2475 will be closed for the bicycling and running portions of the event. The plan is to have the barricades moved to the sides and the boat ramp / roads back open for business Sunday at 2 pm.

Yea, EastTexas, the wind. First time I can recall seeing waves with no consistent direction. They were all over the place. I had to putt in. One the down side of the wave, there was a few times I was surrounded by water just hoping I made it up the other side.
