Going to be my first trip back in 3-4 years. Just wondering what the rates were now and where everyone was staying now.

I've stayed at oso blanco (won't stay again) and I've stayed at sundbridge which was nice.

Stayed at Sunbridge a couple of weeks ago. It was about $90 per night for a double.

You had better hurry. They just took 10 feet of water out of that lake in the last 6 weeks. Highest level in years to lowest in over a year in 45 days. And to think they even caught some flooding rains a couple weeks ago or it would be 12 feet lower instead of 10. I have a hard time believing that they really needed 12 feet of water out of that lake for this irrigation cycle. It hasn't stopped yet.

Best place to stay. Home away from home and can beach boat walk up and have lunch, although your walk is farther now they are giving water away

BASSMANS LODGING- Clean,Affordable,Secure

Sleeps 5 or a family of 8. 3queen size beds, 2 twins,2baths and you wont have to worry about securing your boat as you'll be able to lock the gate. Did i mention the property does have remote surveillance 24/7. Oh yea we cant beat the hotel motel rates, but if its more that 2 guest, our prices cant be beat!
