Where do you normally put in at for the Devils?

We put in at Del Norte and took out at Big Satan. It was 15 miles and we were on the river three full days. We wanted to have plenty of time to fish. I probably could've done that same distance and stretched it to 5 days to fish really hard. That was a great stretch of river and we got to see most of the major rapids you see in videos.

Has anybody done a late June trip on the Devils? Don't know if the water flow is only good during spring and fall.

Must have been a heavy rod combo, the 2 have, light spinning rigs, both float, threw them in the brazos before we went in Feb,
both floated, yet it was shallow to find them!

These were 2 different fish caught back to back at Dolan Falls. I wouldn't normally brag, but fish zombie forced me to it.

The water is higher this year than in the past several years. Should stay good for a bit.
