I actually bought 2 packs of smokes to wein me off for good.

But I've been 14 days without snuff and 1.5 days without a cigarette.

I could eat a can or smoke one in a single drag right now.

Trying like hell to stay strong...

Do things differently. Take a walk after dinner instead of smoking/dipping. Substitute a sugar-free cough drop for a dip / cigarette. Chew on a pen top / toothpick when you get in the truck instead of a cigarette. Clean out the vehicle - get rid of everything tobacco-related and stock with alternatives so you're not tempted to stop at the 7-11.

One day at a time and pretty soon you'll be 5 years quit.

I've found that for me, a toothpick works best.

I've had real good luck with it so far.
