Nah... just used some of the Katrina Federal disaster money. Most likely cost the Federal tax payer 5.3 million dollars.

As much as they have raised our fishing license cost, we, in TEXAS, ought to have these at most major lake State Park...Hmmmm...is there a legislation on a ballot on our next voting day?...Count me in...ahaha.. If not, can someone who know how to get one started, please do so...

Just wait for the sale of the Texas Lottery. Maybe a few millions can be spent on these "Texas Cleaning Condo". Of coarse, the Texas cleaning condos MUST be larger then our neighbors and include air conditioning!

Don't forget to put in a petition to have a ziplock bag dispenser or perhaps, a food saver (commercial quality) installed while we are at it. Of course, an ice maker within reach would be also nice.

No can do on the ziplock bag dispenser. You will just have to make due with a commercial bag vacuum sealer with an unlimited number of bags. Ice machine, check. We will do one better, you can take your catch home in a nice TPW ice chest.

Texas will have to make our Cleaning Condo out of brick so it can survive those who don't respect public property.

We DO NOT have taxes in Texas. We have fees. The condo fish cleaner would require a usage fee, as well as the plastic bags, ice, and tpw ice chest. All fish cleaned would also have to be registeed on the proper forms posted in the condo. Ther would also be an entrance fee, a parking fee, a fee for polluting the lake with toxic fish wastes, and last but not least, a fee for implimenting a blue ribbon committee to study the proposal to empanel a committee to study the effects of condo fish cleaners on public areas of lakes. All of the above fees are waved if you purchase a Super Duper Fishing Combo License for the low fee of just $99.
