 Help with Lowrance Chirp and Boat Lanes

I purchased the Boat lanes software for T Bend and Rayburn and cant get it installed. I noticed that the lowrance file format is udp and the boat lanes is usr. Would that be the problem? I do get a error stating incompatible software. Did anyone else have a problem installing this and if so what did you do.
Any suggestions as to what I need to do to get this loaded?
Please help.

What model Unit do you have. If it is an Elite you need to use the GPX version of Boatlanes. Did you download or buy a SD-card?

I downloaded. I have the Elite 7 Chirp. The folks at Boat lanes do not answer the phone so I sent an email. havent heard from them however.

I've installed the boatlanes file (.usr format) onto several different HDS units with no problems. The .usr file should work on all Lowrance units.

Boatlane's USR file is now version 4 which Elites do not support. The downloaded ZIP should have also contained a GPX.

I didn't get a GPX file with the download so I guess I will try and continue to contact these guys.
