We fished north Saturday and caught a quite a few small fish, went South today and did not catch a fish.

My partner and I caught 93 fish in two days and not one of them was over 4lbs.

Anyone have any good stories? Sure was sketchy with the boat poles mid lake after the water came up 2 ft overnight.

Caught most of our fish yesterday up north rigging in 10-16 ft. Today we found some clean water way off the river up by 259. Caught two 4lbers off a tri pod deer feeder. Lol

What's crazy is the water has been so high so long there was hydrilla growing by this guys deer feeder.

I work with the guy that won it. He has fished this tournament every year since it began, except for once. Extremely happy for him, couldn't have happened to a better person. Only thing I hate is that this was the first year they didn't give a boat away to the winner.

We only caught around 50 fish total, but we didn't have a single fish over 2.5 lbs. Found a point w/ some wind and current coming across it on Sunday and proceeded to catch all that we could want on chartreuse w/ black back 1.5 square bills. I kept hoping for something big, but it never showed so we handed the spot off to a boat that hadn't caught any fish both days and went looking for a school of bigger fish. Anyone have any good stories? Sure was sketchy with the boat poles mid lake after the water came up 2 ft overnight. I was very thankful that I have trails saved for all of the boat runs. I saw some people that had no idea what they were running through. I can't believe there wasn't a serious accident. I saw several near misses on exposed stumps that were barely out of the water.
