 East Hill Park in Lewisville, and Marina parking

Anyone fish there recently? I went a couple weeks ago, at 6:30AM and the park gate was closed ! So I ended up finding the marina entrance next to it, and went into the marina parking lot. I fished a little but was nervous all the time that someone would kick me out or try and tow me away ( it was here https://goo.gl/maps/ERTmaXxVK3v ). Has anyone fished here before? Is it OK to park there?

I drove over to scout it out one day. I didnt fish it since the wind was horrible.
I dont think its a problem since there was a gate open to get to the park parking lot. Id probably just leave a note on my car with my cell for them to call if its a problem.
