I am considering renting a place in the Matagorda area in the spring of 2017 for several months to decide if I would want to buy or build in the area. This will need to a family place with boat dockage. I appreciate any feed back. thx.

I have been staying at a place that belongs to Joanie and Tommy Lenz (979 218-2130 979 589-5241). It is nice, affordable and on the old river.
