I have Blue mirror 580G, Green mirror 580G, and copper 580P.
They all have their place and time. I wear my blue mirror the most simply because I like a grey color sun glass. I wear them for every day use.
I can take all 3 out to my pond and different times they all work different. In lots of sun my blue work best. Partial sun green, copper only seems to work good morning and evening. But, everyone's eyes are different
My pond has roughly 3' visibility.

Any lens from Costas or Maui Jims are great.

Amber is still offered in some 400g glass and poly options. But it's definitely on the way out.
Copper has better contrast and definition. As far as color, 99 out of 100 people can't tell the difference between amber and copper when they have one in each hand.
Copper is best all around for inshore and freshwater. Either Green, Silver, or no mirror.

I sell Costas for a little company and I have really loved the green mirror. Ive tried just about all the different colors and the green mirror seems to be the most versatile, from the high skies summer days to the overcast rainy ones its been a real help. Changed my sight fishing game. Best polarization and glass quality in the business. And its the lightest glass on the market. I like the amber base on the lens for bottom contrast and blue light limiting.
