 easy lakes to fish when its windy 15mph+

so wanted to try and fish another lake other than Fork when the winds kick into that 15-30mph range
what other choices are there that's within 45 mins or so of Fork that is easier to navigate, and which lake is fishing good now.
I do understand the wind and direction will affect all, just looking for one where you can fish easier than fork.

Just speaking in general terms I would go fish Winnsboro, Holbrook or Quitman in that order. All are a short hop from Fork and can be a lot of fun to fish.

You can fish somewhere on Caddo no matter how hard or what direction the wind is blowing.

If you didn't want so much, one of the perfect lakes to fish in the wind is Lake Alan Henry. And it is NOT WINDY up here until it gets to 25MPH. 15 is just breezy. I have fished AH when the winds were between 30 and 40 MPH, but with all the twist and turns, there is always a way to get out of it, n matter which direction it is blowing from.
