Everything functioning properly except motor won't run and turn the prop. Any suggestions before I take it in?

have you tried using the foot pedal? I assume you checked the battery and all connections
|

Same results with foot petal. Unit will swivel and even tried to anchor when I tried it in the lake but the prop motor wouldn't run.

Did you take the prop off and check for junk stuck behind it? Will it spin by hand easily?

Mine was making a loud noise and vibrating when I first turned it on, took it to Allstar Archery and Marine in Lewisville on April 4, they called me today April 5 and it's ready for pick up. Everyone else I called had a 2-3 week wait. Best of luck, hope your back on the water soon

I don't remember seeing a schematic for one, but I would pop the cover and see if there is an internal fuse.

there is no internal fuse that would cause the motor to quit running
