I am going with my buddy and his dad tmrw morning for some catfish. It will be my first time on Lake Houston. Is anybody doing any good there for catfish lately? We will be using both live and dead shad under a cork and on the bottom.

Start out by fishing shallow....along weeded shorelines or bulkheads. If no bites, move out a little deeper to drop-offs. Good luck.
