Chuck Allred from Lakeside Bait Molds called and said he had the new molds ready for the next line of crappie baits ready to ship, but asked if he delivered them in person, would I take him out...said his freezer was bare of crappie filets. He didn't have to twist my arm too hard  We set plans to go out Monday, 3-28-16 after I confirmed that there was no "Off Limits" for the Crappiefest. We started in a cove that was good last year, caught a couple, then I hooked what I thought would be the Lake Record Black Bass, till she rolled and I saw the orange gold flash  Oh well, it was fun anyway   After working that area over pretty good, decided to hit another  Man, the HUGE males were stacked in there     We were throwing 12" and less fish back  Ended up with 28 for his freezer  All fish were caught in -3 fow, using Tadpoles and Slab Bugs under a slip cork
